preferred time and service is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY : The deposit is non-refundable. In case of emergency where you will not be able to attend the appointment, needs to be informed 24hrs prior so that we can reschedule your appointment, if informed on the same day, the deposit will be used for cancellation.
SPA ETIQUETTE: Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
SPA ARRIVAL: We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
HEALTH CONDITIONS : Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect treatment experience when making your spa reservation.
CLEANLINESS: In keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipments are sterilised and sanitised after service and treatment.
ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES: We shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest whilst utilising the spa facilities.
HOMECARE: To continue your spa regimen at home, your therapist will recommend you products to use.
